tis time.
so hyrdroxycut it is. i have a friend who swears by it.. he says it really does curb your appetite and alongside my diet and exercise regime.. the fat should just melt right off. i do believe in going au naturale.. but i'm going to hawaii in less than three months.. something's gotta be done. pronto.
i mailed in my "hearing by mail" today. i hope they defer this ticket. my insurance rate is going to skyrocket if this infraction goes on my record. *crosses fingers*
so the place i interviewed with last week emailed me consent forms to sign.. background, reference, and credit check. damn. this isn't even a government job! what the heezy. i did lie on one thing though..
the dates for one employer are kind of off.. i didn't want a gap, you know? so yeah.. i hope they don't catch that.. you think they will? tell me no, damn it! seriously.. what are the chances of them discovering my teeeeeny fib?? oh, does anyone use a heart rate monitor? should i invest in one? what is all this complicated nonsense about target heart rate/fat burning zone.. blah blah blah? i need to get the maximum benefits out of my cardio.. (because i friggin dread any form of it.. but force myself to do it).. so i want to ensure that i'm doing it correctly. spanks.

start with small dosages of it until you can gauge how your body will react to it. 1 pill at a time.
hydroxycut doesn't have ephedra anymore so from what i hear it's not as effective as it used to be. Unless you found some stash with the old forumla.

except when you make shit up on your resume. kudos on that. but nix the hydroxybullshit. they can legally say whatever the fuck they want in their commercials as long as they do not go over the line of quoting data they do not have or promise anything. and for all practical purposes, hydroxycut could have been made in some redneck's backyard using his meth lab equipment and the FDA would have no way of verifying its chemical composition.
I don't know about hydroxycut, but ephedrine has been used in Chinese Medicine for years. For healthy individuals SMALL amounts combined with caffeine and aspirin has been shown in clinical test to be an excellent fat burner. Unfortunately people think a little works, a lot will work better and they overdose.
I prefer to do it natural, as for nutrition: most people eat more carbs then they think, and not enough good fats and protein. Cut out all simple carbs like pasta, rice, sugars etc.
Cardio: heart rate monitor helps, especially during interval training. I've found what works best for me is high intensity interval training, early in the morning before breakfast. When you train hard when your blood sugar is low, early in the morning, your metabolism is elevated all day and you burn more of fat during the day.
Long duration low intensity burns a little fat during exercise, but high intensity training allows you to burn fat all day.
